Bookings open monthly on the first Tuesday of the month at 10:00am AWST (Perth time).

Book now for stays departing on or before Thursday 1 April 2027.

Bookings for Thursday 1 to Friday 30 April 2027 will open at 10am AWST on Tuesday 6 October 2026, when demand for the WA public school holidays will be very high. 

Guide to booking a campsite in the Ningaloo Coast World Heritage Area

If you don't want to make a booking for the Ningaloo Coast for this period: avoid a long wait by making or managing your booking(s) after Tuesday 6 October. Bookings will continue to open 180-days (approximately six months) before arrival for all campgrounds except those on the Ningaloo Coast.

NINGALOO COAST CAMPING: SEVERE TROPICAL CYCLONE NARELLE

14 Mile Campground, Warroora Coast, Nyinggulu Coastal Reserves

Campsites 12-28 are closed. The entire campground will be closed from 29 October for cyclone recovery works.

Nyinggulara National Park

All campsites in all campgrounds in Nyinggulara National Park (Janes Bay, North Lefroy, Point Billie, South Lefroy and Winderabandi) are closed until further notice.

Bookings for closed campsites are unavailable until reopening is confirmed.

Book now for stays from Monday 12 October 2026 (after the WA public school holiday) at:

Banksia and Crystal Springs campgrounds in D'Entrecasteaux National Park

Fernhook Falls Campground in Mount Frankland South National Park

Bookings will be essential.

For stays before Monday 12 October 2026, bookings are not required and cannot be made. 

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS FOR CONTO CAMPGROUND, LEEUWIN-NATURALISTE NATIONAL PARK

The way you book and choose a campsite at Conto Campground in Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park has changed. Rather than booking a campsite in one of the named areas of the campground and then selecting from the vacant campsites in that area when you arrive at Conto (or, in peak periods, being allocated a campsite number by park staff), you now choose your campsite number when making a booking.

The descriptions of all campsites have been updated to help you make your choice. Campsite numbers have been changed so that the numbers are not repeated in each area. Read the campsite descriptions and check the map carefully when you make or change a booking as you must occupy only the numbered campsite you have booked.

If you have an upcoming booking for Conto that was made before Monday 8 June, please check your email for advice on how the change will affect your booking and how you can choose your campsite number.
