Boat Harbour
Boat Harbour is a small campground adjacent to a recreation zone of Ningaloo Marine Park.
Booking
Bookings are essential and can be made:
- online and at this website only
- for one campsite only that you must camp on yourself
- up to and including the day of arrival (subject to campsite availability and your own internet service* to make a booking)
- up to 180 days (approximately six months) before arrival
* Check your mobile service provider’s coverage map but beware that the quality and reliability of service in regional and remote Australia can be variable.
Friends, family or other social groups travelling together who cannot be accommodated on the same campsite must make their own separate bookings.
The maximum stay in any park is 14 nights if any night is during Western Australia public school holidays, 28 nights at any other time.

Campsites
Five reverse-in sand surface campsites.
All campsites are unpowered.

Facilities
A no-flush pit toilet is the only facility.
Milyering Visitor Centre
Milyering Visitor Centre is open 9am-3.45pm every day except Christmas Day and is on the route to the campground from Exmouth
Self-service on-arrival booking can be made during opening hours subject to availability of campsites.
Campground Rules
No campfires at any time.
No dogs or other domestic animals.
Generator use is permitted 8am-9pm only.
Do
not empty waste from portable toilets into
campground toilets. Carry waste out of the park for disposal in an authorised dump point.
Fees
A per person camping fee and a per vehicle park entry fee apply.
Camping fee must be paid by Mastercard or VISA when booking.
Park entry fee may be paid when booking, on arrival at Cape Range National Park or by purchasing a park pass and is required for motor vehicles only. Payment is not required for trailers, including camper trailers and caravans.

Your safety and health
Drinking water is not provided.
No-flush pit toilets are the only personal hygiene facility.
December to April can be extremely hot.
November to April is tropical cyclone season.
Storms are common between May and October throughout WA.
Cape Range National Park is in very remote Australia.
Ensure you have sufficient supplies (including water, food, fuel, medication and first aid), and equipment and clothing appropriate for the conditions before travelling.

Location
From the south: 72km from Minilya-Exmouth Road via Ningaloo Road and Ningaloo-Yardie Creek Road. (172km from Exmouth, 124km from Coral Bay). Access for high-clearance 4WD vehicles with low-range gears
only.
Access from the north and to the other attractions of Cape
Range National Park requires crossing the tidal Yardie Creek on soft, shifting
sand and cannot be guaranteed. Crossing is at your own risk and should not be
attempted by anyone without the appropriate skills, experience and equipment. Check Bureau of
Meterology for tide predictions
Reduce tyre pressure for soft sand access track. No facility
provided to reinflate tyres on exit.
